Amazon Connect Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant

About the role

The Amazon Connect Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions across multiple regions. This role requires extensive knowledge of Amazon Connect, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions in multiple regions
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Amazon Connect best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or delivery roles
• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale IT projects
• Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and its integration capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site environment
