Amazon Connect Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant

About the role

As a Lead / Sr. Delivery Consultant at Storm Reply, US – Modernization and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects involving Amazon Connect. Your responsibilities will include managing delivery teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or delivery roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects
• Experience with Amazon Connect and other cloud-based communication platforms
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/flexible environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
• Knowledge of AWS services is advantageous
