AM Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat morning guests in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Take accurate breakfast and lunch orders using the Micros POS system.
• Provide menu guidance, including breakfast buffet details, à la carte items, and daily specials.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Westin standards.
• Refill beverages, monitor tables, and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
• Cook up with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment.
• Process guest checks accurately, following cash-handling and credit card procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; hotel or breakfast service experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems desired.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
