AM Server
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic server to join our Banquet and Events Team at Block 23, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel's contemporary casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Use the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient and friendly service
- Manage a quick pace and lift heavy trays up to 30 lbs when necessary
- Set a positive tone for guests' mornings and help them start their day successfully
- Effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Make guests feel special even on busy days
Requirements
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience, be available to work early mornings and weekends.
