AM Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a PM Server to join our Food and Beverage Team at El Tapeo, located on the 9th floor of Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center. El Tapeo offers a modern Spanish kitchen with a simple, ingredient-driven menu.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests to ensure a top-of-the-line, quality, and memorable experience
• Take guests' orders and requests
• Provide excellent service according to our high-quality standards
• Utilize a POS system (a plus)
• Manage food handlers and TIPS or equivalent certifications
• Aid guests with their questions and concerns
• Show pride in organizational and time management skills
• Work flexible schedules, including various days and weekends

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a PM Restaurant Server
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Food handlers and TIPS or equivalent certifications
• Excellent people skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Experience with customer service and hospitality
