KPI's (maybe under Skills? But we already have proficiency etc. Could treat KPI's as separate section "Performance Metrics" but not in allowed headings. Could put under Skills? But better to create a section "Skills" for the technical proficiencies, and maybe KPI's could be under "Qualifications"? Actually KPI's are performance expectations, not qualifications. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include KPI's somewhere. The allowed headings include Skills; we could put KPI's under Skills as they are performance expectations? Might be a stretch but acceptable. Or we could create a section "Requirements" for KPI's? Not ideal.
We could create a section "Skills" that includes both technical skills and KPI's? But KPI's are not skills. However the instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exhaustive? It says use those headings for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings. So we need to map KPI's to one of those. Which fits best? Maybe "Requirements" could include performance expectations? But KPI's are about what the engineer will be measured on, could be considered part of "Requirements". However we already have Required Qualifications separate. Could treat KPI's as part of "Requirements". Let's see: The posting has "KPI’s Parameter and material qualification lead-time reduction. Enabling design freedom without compromising part quality or process cost. First-pass yield, density, and mechanical property conformance. Scrap and rework cost reduction. Stable powder reuse and lot traceability performance. On-time qualification of new materials and designs." These are performance metrics expected. Could be considered under "Requirements" as they are job requirements (what you need to achieve). So we can create a Requirements section with those bullet points.
Thus we will have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (KPI's)
- Qualifications (education/experience etc.)
- Skills (technical proficiencies)
- Benefits
Check if any content duplicated: Ensure we don't miss any.
Now Benefits list: from "Why Join Us" paragraph then list:
- Access To Bonus scheme
- Private healthcare
- 401(k) plan including company match
- Employer-paid life insurance and disability coverage
- 32 days annual leave (including holidays)
- Free financial advisor access
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Subsidized on-site dining
- On-site gym
- Discounted GM vehicle purchase/lease program
- Free on-site EV charging for personal GM vehicles
We need to preserve exactly as written. Note capitalization: "Access To Bonus scheme" maybe keep as is. "Private healthcare". "401(k) plan including company match". "Employer-paid life insurance and disability coverage". "32 days annual leave (including holidays)". "Free financial advisor access". "Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)". "Subsidized on-site dining". "On-site gym". "Discounted GM vehicle purchase/lease program". "Free on-site EV charging for personal GM vehicles".
Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO paragraph, legal, application instructions, etc.
Now produce HTML.
Structure:
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Summary (maybe About the role). Key Responsibilities. Required Qualifications. KPI's (maybe Skills? Actually KPI's are performance metrics, could be under Skills or maybe Qualifications? But we have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "Required Qualifications" (education, experience). Also "KPI’s" which are performance metrics; could be considered under Skills? Not exactly. Could be under "Qualifications"? Might be better to treat KPI's as part of "Skills" or "Requirements"? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: Job Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities bullet list. - Requirements: maybe not explicitly listed; but we have "Required Qualifications". Could treat as Qualifications. Requirements maybe not present. Could skip Requirements if no specific content. - Qualifications: Required Qualifications (education, experience, knowledge, proficiency, familiarity, skilled). - Skills: maybe the KPI's? Or maybe the software proficiency etc. But those are already in Qualifications. Could treat KPI's as Skills? Actually KPI's are performance metrics, not skills. Could be omitted if not fitting. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Required Qualifications (which we can map to Qualifications), Benefits (list), maybe Pay/Schedule not present. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We also have "Why Join Us" paragraph describing benefits; then a list of benefits. That's Benefits section. We also have "On-time qualification of new materials and designs." under KPI's; maybe we could put KPI's under Skills? But better to create a section "Skills" if we have specific skill statements: proficiency in DOE, SPC, data analytics tools; familiarity with AS9100/Nadcap, PFMEA, QMS; skilled in AM software. Those are skills. So we can put those under Skills. The Required Qualifications includes education and experience; we can put that under Qualifications. Thus sections: - About the role (h3) with job summary paragraph. - Responsibilities (h3) with ul of responsibilities. - Qualifications (h3) with ul of education/experience etc. - Skills (h3) with ul of technical skills (DOE, SPC, Python, AS9100, software). - Benefits (h3) with ul of benefits list. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions. Remove those. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract details precisely. Job Summary paragraph: "GM Performance Power Units is seeking a multidisciplinary Additive Manufacturing Materials & Process Engineer to drive the development, qualification, and optimization of metal additive manufacturing workflows. This integrated role unites material science and process engineering— ensuring every stage, from powder feedstock to heat-treated component, is engineered for performance, repeatability, and speed. The engineer will be responsible for defining parameters, validating materials, analyzing data, and leading data-driven continuous improvement activities that deliver championship-caliber parts." That's the summary. Responsibilities bullet list: need to capture each bullet as
for section headings (e.g. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO paragraph, legal, application instructions, etc.
Now produce HTML.
Structure:

Requirements

- First-pass yield, density, and mechanical property conformance.
- Scrap and rework cost reduction.
- Stable powder reuse and lot traceability performance.
- On-time qualification of new materials and designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing (LPBF preferred).
- Strong knowledge of powder metallurgy, heat treatment, and AM process development.
- Proficiency in DOE, SPC, and data analytics tools (Minitab, JMP, or Python).
- Familiarity with AS9100 / Nadcap, PFMEA, and QMS documentation.
- Skilled in AM software such as 3DXpert, Dyndrite, or Materialise Magics.
Skills
-
... maybe we already used proficiency etc. Actually we placed those under Qualifications. But we need Skills section; we could move those to Skills and keep Qualifications just education/experience. Let's reconsider.
We have two sets: education/experience (Bachelor/Master, 2+ years) and technical proficiencies (knowledge, proficiency, familiarity, skilled). The heading "Qualifications" could include both education and experience and knowledge. "Skills" could be more specific technical skills. But we have limited headings; we can split.
Better: Qualifications: education and experience. Skills: technical proficiencies (knowledge of powder metallurgy, proficiency in DOE etc., familiarity with AS9100, skilled in AM software). Then Requirements: KPI's.
Thus:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing (LPBF preferred).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of powder metallurgy, heat treatment, and AM process development.
- Proficiency in DOE, SPC, and data analytics tools (Minitab, JMP, or Python).
- Familiarity with AS9100 / Nadcap, PFMEA, and QMS documentation.
- Skilled in AM software such as 3DXpert, Dyndrite, or Materialise Magics.
That seems logical.
Now ensure we didn't lose any content: The "Strong knowledge of powder metallurgy, heat treatment, and AM process development." is under Skills. Good.
Now produce HTML.
