Sr. Process Engineer M&M

About the role

As a Sr. Process Engineer at M&M, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure all operations comply with FDA and ISO regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to implement new technologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
