Allstate at Planet Ford is seeking a full-time Sales Producer to sell retail insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.
- Self-motivated and efficient with selling and quoting
- Excellent phone voice and demeanor with excellent communication and written skills
- Positive attitude and healthy work ethic
- Base salary plus commission
Duties May Typically Include:
- Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
- Generating quotes
- Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
- Processing payments & reporting claims
- Providing excellent customer service
- Relationship building
- Other Duties as Required or Assigned
Requirements
- Licensed P&C Agent
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Must love sales
- Must be organized
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must work well with others in small office environment
- Must have positive attitude
- Must possess strong work ethic
