About the role
The Order Control Clerk position at Workwear Outfitters is responsible for grouping orders, printing orders, and matching orders. This role reports to an Admin Supervisor and is part of the Order Control Department.
Responsibilities
- Grouping and printing orders
- Matching orders
- Identify and address escalated or expedited orders requiring special handling
- Resolve open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Be a team player
- Efficient in Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Available to work overtime when necessary
Requirements
Must be available to work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required.
