Ordering and Invoicing Processor

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the processing of invoices generated and order processing. Invoices are generated on a daily basis, once an invoice is generated, this position will review invoices for accuracy and send out to customers for Mullins Cheese and Mullins Whey. This position will assist daily production records, product lot quality releasing, verifying prices of products, and payments. This requires a high level of attention to detail and coordination with multiple departments to ensure correct invoices and orders are being processed.

Essential Job Functions

• Verify invoices generated for accuracy and send to customers
• Troubleshooting/correcting errors
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Data verification and validation between multiple system platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with reports
• Attention to and establishing deadlines
• Submitting required reports
• Auxiliary accounting with any reporting, reconciling, and “end of” reports
• Backup accounts payable processing

Qualifications

• 1 year in an accounting role or a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Willing and able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation
