This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: New York City, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner management function for McKinsey
• Expand the company's mindshare within the McKinsey partner organization
• Build and sustain a healthy services business through skill and asset expansion
• Demonstrate the impact of partnerships on the company's adoption
• Encourage thought leadership and support relevant offering development
• Promote the partnership and manage stakeholder relationships
• Identify and advance business development opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting experience
• Proven experience working with senior executives
• Strong relationship management skills with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes
• Track record of cross-functional teamwork to deliver results
• Experience in enabling service practices and skills development
• Knowledge of governance techniques for partner management

Pay

$204,200 – $280,775 annually
