Responsibilities

  • Define and lead regional channels and alliances strategy for revenue and partner success
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
  • Own partner performance metrics including pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services for joint initiatives
  • Negotiate partner agreements meeting business and legal standards
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional alliances team
  • Serve as a key voice to executives on partner performance and strategic opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to spot new partnerships

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership roles within enterprise software
  • Proven success in partner strategy and execution in a high-growth or global SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Experience driving partner enablement and joint go-to-market programs
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed

Pay

$163,000 – $233,000 annually
