Allergy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Allergy Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time position in an outpatient setting in Saratoga Springs, NY. The role involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret various allergy tests.
• Administer allergen and oral immunotherapy under protocols.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Career-oriented and detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
