All Together Skatepark Lead

Description

The All Together Skatepark Lead assists the park leadership with managing operations of the entire park, helps develop part-time employees, and supports the store with skate camps, promotional, and community events.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of skate retail sales experience
• Ability to effectively multitask in a high energy, fast-paced omni-channel retail/skatepark environment
• Experience in Point of Sale System
• A self-starter who takes initiative and remains productive during down-time
• Enjoy working with groups with a variety of different people where the setting changes daily
• Honest communicator who welcomes the exchange of direct feedback
