Academic Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and employees to strengthen workplace relationships and engagement.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Conduct branch visits to understand employee challenges and provide HR support.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement programs, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
• Manage employee relations matters, conflicts, and grievances effectively.
• Identify current and future workforce requirements across business functions.
