About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant, also known as a Talent Acquisition Assistant, for a temporary full-time opportunity supporting recruiting operations in a hybrid work environment in the Santa Barbara area. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or grow a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Support, or administrative operations. In this position, you will work closely with recruiters across the United States to support job posting administration, recruiting compliance, and accurate data entry within internal systems.

Must reside in the greater Santa Barbara / Goleta area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruiters to identify open positions that need to be posted.
• Manage the job posting process from internal review through external publication.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate job information in company systems.
• Review job postings for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and required details.
• Monitor posting timelines and support recruiting compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $27.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Assignment type: Contract/Temporary.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid.
• Required in-office day: Tuesday.
• Additional in-office requirement: One additional in-office day of your choice each week.
• Training: Comprehensive training provided.
