About the role
This is a part-time, potentially hybrid role with the expectation of 20–25 hours per week. Days and times will be decided upon by the person selected and the hiring manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate new hire processes
- Initiate the escalation of complex issues and concerns to the HR Generalist or higher level HR staff
- Assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff
- Manage HR Support inbox ensuring responses within one business day
- Coordinate Termination report, anniversary letters, and invoice processing
- Support HR projects, clear Fidelity errors, and complete assigned tasks
Success Metrics
- HRIS & Onboarding Coordination: 100% of new hires onboarded accurately and on time; with minimal critical onboarding errors
- Benefits & Compliance Support: Timely completion of Continuing Education/Wellness approvals, and Student Loan reimbursement processing
- HR Communications Management: HR inbox responses within 1 business day; high employee satisfaction scores
- Administrative & Project Support: Assigned tasks completed within deadlines with minimal rework
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work in the United States
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite
- Experience utilizing AI for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving ability and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or healthcare environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
- Familiarity with compliance requirements

- Maintain confidentiality of employee records

Pay
$18–$22/hour
