About the Role
We are excited to partner with new facilities and expand our presence in Ohio. Start dates are anticipated for Late Summer/Fall 2026; however, candidates should be prepared for flexibility as timelines may adjust based on operational and facility readiness needs.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants).
- Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.

Schedule
Unmatched Work Schedule Flexibility: 6-hour facility shifts for full-time positions (rounds generally start between 7–10 a.m.). Freedom from on-call and overnight requirements. Timely Charting using a company-provided iPad with LTE.
Compensation
The estimated compensation range for this position is $104,000 to $175,000 per year, based on expected earnings under our uncapped productivity-based compensation model.
