The Role

We are seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $72,800-$83,200 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop the knowledge, skills, and ability to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Direct the day-to-day functions of a facility in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
• Contribute to a team committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual’s unique talent

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in long-term care
• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional and respectful interaction with physically and/or mentally ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or related field with supervisory background
• Bachelor's degree specifically in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (or related field)

Pay & Schedule

Compensation for roles varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state or local law, we provide a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that we reasonably expect to pay for roles, as stated above.
