Administrator Residency Program (AIT)
Position Summary
The Administrator in Training program includes Hands on training and Development by a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, rotation through the various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility; education on the interrelationships of the facility with outside parties and government agencies; and a study of regulations and requirements associated with the operation of a skilled nursing facility. Other topics of education for those in the AIT position include basic leadership and management skills, business / fiscal accounting management, principles of risk management and health care compliance.

- Wage: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Administrator in Training candidates must meet the minimum regulatory requirements for licensure in their state of intended residence and be able to travel and attend company training.
