Administrator Residency Program (AIT)
Position Summary
The Administrator in Training program includes Hands on training and Development by a seasoned Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, rotation through the various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility; education on the interrelationships of the facility with outside parties and government agencies; and a study of regulations and requirements associated with the operation of a skilled nursing facility. Other topics of education for those in the AIT position include basic leadership and management skills, business / fiscal accounting management, principles of risk management and health care compliance.

Education/Qualifications
- Must be located within 40 miles of the facility.
- Bachelors’ Degree required or currently in a Bachelor's program for Nursing Home Administration.
Shift & Wage
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
