Responsibilities
- Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting passengers with special needs.
- Support Ramp Service Agents in preparing and delivering luggage to passengers.
- Operate and use equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and reservation/ticketing software.
- Push wheelchairs and assist passengers with personal needs, including lifting bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- The ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- To greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
