Responsibilities

  • Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting passengers with special needs.
  • Support Ramp Service Agents in preparing and delivering luggage to passengers.
  • Operate and use equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and reservation/ticketing software.
  • Push wheelchairs and assist passengers with personal needs, including lifting bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • The ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • To greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
