Responsibilities
- Aid passengers during arrival and check-in processes, assisting passengers with special needs like unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
- Collaborate with Ramp Service Agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are ready for loading and delivered to passengers.
- Operate equipment such as the jetway, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software.
- Push wheelchairs with passengers who need assistance, handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine requirements.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Standing ability for long periods.
- Customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
