Airline Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle Airline reservations and manifests
• Welcome airline crews and assist with check-in
• Billing and addressing guest inquiries
• Act as the primary point of contact for Airline crew guests

Qualifications

• A true desire to serve guests efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Promptly address and resolve guest concerns
• Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in hospitality or administrative/front office roles preferred

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $29.75 per hour.

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with operational needs.
