About the role
As an Airfreight Export Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing the export process for our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and importers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate air freight shipments from our warehouse to various destinations worldwide
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and meets regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with carriers, importers, and clients to resolve issues and optimize delivery times
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to clients
- Manage customer accounts and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in air freight or logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
- Experience with air freight carrier systems and software
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
