About the role
As an Airfreight Export Agent, you will be responsible for managing the export process for air freight shipments. This includes coordinating with carriers, handling documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carriers to arrange and monitor air freight shipments
- Handle all necessary documentation for export processes
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide updates
- Manage inventory levels and forecast demand for air freight services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight or logistics
- Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
