Subtitle This position is responsible for coordinating air and ocean import shipments to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer requirements. Bachelor's Degree is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Suite programs Preferred 4-7 years of industry related experienceStrong customer service backgroundHighly motivated and results drivenOutstanding commuication and customer service skillsWork well under pressure and abilty to multitaskHighly detail orientedAbilty to work well independently and in a team environment Your Duties Manage air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery while ensuring compliance with company procedures, customs regulations, and customer requirementsServe as the primary contact for customers, carriers, customs authorities, and service providers regarding shipment activitity and issue resolutionOversee shipment documentation, customs filings, cargo availability, and delivery timelines to prevent delays and additional costsCoordinate service providers and resolve operational, customs, documentation and transportaion issues independentlyPrepare and verify invoices, payment requests, and accounts payable/receivable documention, while resolving billing and accounting-related discrepanciesEnsure timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and adhereance to all regulatory and company requirementsPatricipate in weekend coverage rotations Perform other duties as assigned by manager What We Offer If you are an experienced Air & Sea Import Operation professional who enjoys operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply today!
