Ocean & Air Freight Operations

About the role

Coordinate ocean and air import and export shipments, liaising with customers, airlines, ocean carriers, agents, and overseas partners. Organise FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments, reviewing and managing shipping documentation, and monitoring shipment status to provide timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal operations and customs teams
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the shipping process

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ocean and/or air freight operations or customer service within freight forwarding
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Good command of English
