AI Visibility & Search Strategy Specialist | GEO/SEO
About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking an AI Visibility & Search Strategy Specialist to contribute to the strategy for how our technology is perceived by LLMs and Search Engines. This role involves using advanced visibility tools to track scores and insights, translating those scores into actionable recommendations for the business, and monitoring and analyzing our Web and AI visibility performance.
Responsibilities
- Refine strategy, and pivot tactically, to improve SEO and LLM visibility performance based on real-time learnings
- Help identify new metrics that define success, as well as the methodologies and dashboards required to tell the story
- Act as a bridge, communicating risks and opportunities, championing priorities and resources, and creating collaborative touchpoints with cross-functional teams
- Propose bold, new ideas and testing protocols, valuing "positive failure" and learning quickly from what doesn’t work
- Analyze visibility scores and insights, ensuring the data speaks to stakeholders through clear, high-impact presentations and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience in SEO, including a foundational understanding of SEO best practices and applying them as a strategy
- 1 year of demonstrated GEO/AEO experience and concrete successful actions taken to improve findability from the LLM
- Practical knowledge of evolving GEO strategies and AI search trends
- Experience with LLM architectures, Search Engine algorithms, and web optimization strategies
- Basic proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Data Analytics and Visualization skills with a proven track record of translating complex data and unstructured problems into results-oriented insights
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would be nimble and proactive, with a "startup" mindset within a large organization. They should be curious, digging into the nuances of LLMs, and have a natural curiosity about the evolution of how customers search for and find answers. They should be data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and obsessed with data. They should also be a proactive communicator, able to influence teams and present complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
