Responsibilities
- Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints that help customers hit their magic milestones within 20 - 30 days.
- Coordinate, communicate, and track progress during onboarding sprints.
- Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions, and grow into facilitating these independently over time.
- Identify and propose fixes to onboarding bottlenecks, improving the implementation process.
- Relay field learnings back to Product and Sales to inform future improvements and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or a transformation-adjacent role with hands-on experience running structured workstreams.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and able to scope problems, make plans, and execute without perfect information.
- Clear communication skills across different levels.
- Experience with automation, no-code tools, and AI workflows.
- Portfolio of 10-15 enterprise customers with a $1-$3M book of business.
What You'll Do
- Drive time-to-value for your customers by owning and executing structured onboarding & implementation sprints.
- Support strategic advisory by partnering with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions, and growing into facilitating these independently over time.
- Improve how we work by identifying and proposing fixes to onboarding bottlenecks, and making the playbook better.
- Be the connective tissue by relaying field learnings back to Product and Sales, contributing to Klarity's evolution.
