About the Role
As an AI Value Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving time-to-value for your customers by executing structured onboarding and implementation sprints. You will also support strategic advisory efforts, improve how we work, and serve as the connective tissue between the field and the product and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints that help customers hit their magic milestones within 20 - 30 days
- Coordinate, communicate, and track progress for customer onboarding sprints
- Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions, and grow into facilitating these independently over time
- Identify and propose fixes to onboarding bottlenecks and improve the implementation process
- Relay field learnings to Product and Sales teams to inform future improvements
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or a transformation-adjacent role with hands-on experience running structured workstreams
- Comfortable in ambiguity and able to scope problems, make plans, and execute without perfect information
- Clear communication skills across different levels
- Experience with automation, no-code tools, and AI workflows
- Player-coach mentality, able to multiply teams and make them scalable with AI
- Outcome-oriented and creatively scrappy, able to hypothesize, hustle, and hone
What You'll Do
- Drive time-to-value for your customers by owning and executing structured onboarding & implementation sprints
