AI Delivery Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a AI Delivery Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own end-to-end client delivery for AI solutions, from problem framing through deployment and adoption. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into practical, AI-enabled workflows and ensure successful implementation in a fast-moving environment. The position also supports hands-on configuration, validation, training, and cross-functional decision-making to help deliver impactful outcomes for clients and the broader organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the complete client delivery process from problem identification to deployment
• Act as a bridge between business requirements and engineering capabilities
• Design AI-native workflows for seamless human + AI collaboration
• Engage hands-on with product configuration and validation
• Drive integration decisions with engineering teams regarding client tech stacks
• Run training sessions to empower users on AI systems
• Contribute to the foundational development of the company's labs function as part of the team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AI product delivery
• Proven track record in implementing AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI systems and architectures
• Familiarity with current AI best practices and technologies
• Ability to engage both business and engineering teams effectively
• Experience running workshops and facilitating discussions at various levels
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a startup-like environment

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
