About the Role

As an AI Value Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving time-to-value for your customers by executing structured onboarding and implementation sprints. You will also support strategic advisory, improve how we work, and relay field learnings back to Product and Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or a transformation-adjacent role with hands-on experience running structured workstreams
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to scope problems, make plans, and execute without perfect information
• Clear communication across levels, including writing crisp Slack messages and executive summaries
• Experience with automation, no-code tools, and AI workflows
• Interest in enterprise SaaS, six sigma process design, or change management

What You'll Do

• Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints to help customers hit their magic milestones within 20-30 days
• Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, change deployment sessions, and grow into facilitating these independently over time
• Identify and propose fixes to onboarding bottlenecks and improve how we work
• Relay field learnings back to Product and Sales to inform Klarity's evolution

Compensation Range

$160K - $210K
