About the role
We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your expertise. If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. Upon success, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Researchers typically pay up to $20 per hour for your skills.
This role is fully remote and ad hoc, on a freelance basis, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on one task per outline. Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
- Include steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases in your descriptions.
- Complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.
