AI Training - Executive Assistant - San Diego

About the Role

We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your professional expertise. If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. Upon success, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Tasks are fully remote, ad hoc, and freelance, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.

Researchers typically pay up to $20 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. Joining our talent pool for this project also opens the door to similar paid projects in the future.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on one task per outline. Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
• Include steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases in your outlines.
• Translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
