About the role

We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using exercise and wellness expertise. If you have the necessary experience, we'll send you a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills and suitability for AI tasks. If successful, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Everything is fully remote and ad hoc, on a freelance basis, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows:
  • Describe one of the tasks you perform regularly, in as much detail as possible.
  • Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
  • Stick to one task per outline—focus on real depth of a single process, not an overview of your whole role.
  • Include the steps, tools and information you draw on, decision points, and edge cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking: ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
