About the Role

We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your professional expertise. If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. Upon success, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate AI models.

Researchers typically pay up to $20 per hour for your skills. Tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. This opportunity is fully remote, freelance, and ad-hoc, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on a single task you perform regularly. Ideal tasks take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
• Include steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases in your outlines.
• Translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
