AI Training - Executive Assistant - San Antonio, US
About the Role
We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your professional expertise. If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. Upon success, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate AI models. This opportunity is fully remote, freelance, and ad hoc, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows. You will be asked to describe one of the tasks you perform regularly in as much depth as possible.
- Focus on tasks that take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
- Stick to one task per outline, providing real depth on a single process rather than an overview of your entire role.
- Include steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases in your descriptions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preparedness to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work (many tasks are shorter).
Pay
Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $20 per hour.
