AI Training - Executive Assistant - San Jose, US
About the Role
We're looking for Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your professional expertise. This is a fully remote, freelance opportunity where you'll complete paid tasks on an ad-hoc basis, with full control over which projects you accept. Researchers typically pay up to $20 per hour for your skills.
You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. Joining our talent pool for this project also opens the door to similar paid projects in the future. Payments are made via PayPal.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows. You will be asked to describe one of the tasks you perform regularly in as much depth as possible.
- Focus on tasks that:
- Take between a few days to a few months to complete
- Are critical to your job
- Are performed at least once a week
- Stick to one task per outline, providing real depth on a single process rather than an overview of your entire role.
- Include steps, tools and information used, decision points, and edge cases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or similar role
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback
- Strong attention to detail
