You don’t need to be a programmer—but you should be excited about using tools like ChatGPT and other automation platforms to eliminate repetitive work, improve efficiency, and help our teams operate smarter.
Responsibilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, research, process improvement, or workflow support
- Experience documenting procedures or improving workflows
- Experience with spreadsheets/reporting
- Administrative or operations support experience
