Responsibilities
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented, AI-enabled Operations & Contracts Coordinator to support contract administration, data quality, and sourcing-related workflows. This role focuses on high-volume administrative execution, contract data integrity, and enabling procurement teams to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Support contract administration including document finalization, uploading, and repository management, utilizing AI as needed
- Update and maintain contract database (supplier names, end dates) to support renewal tracking and validation of active contracts
- Execute DocuSign processes and coordinate document workflows
- Perform metadata entry and validation to ensure data accuracy across systems
- Aid with spend data cleaning and applying taxonomy in partnership with data suppliers
- Update internal procurement hub and maintain documentation
- Provide administrative and category support to multiple managers (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups, RFP coordination)
- Track and help drive progress across sourcing activities (non-P2P)
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex) to improve data quality and efficiency
