AI GTM Operations Lead
About the role
We're looking for a high-ownership GTM Operations Lead to work closely with sales leadership and founders to help scale our go-to-market motion, primarily in the US and Mexico. This is a hands-on operator role. You'll help decide strategy, where to focus/prioritize efforts, build the tools and collateral that enable sales, clean up and own our CRM and reporting, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Help identify where to focus vs. deprioritize across markets, verticals, territories, and customer segments
- Translate leadership input into execution plans, metrics, and progress tracking
- Support decision-making with analysis, memos, and structured thinking
- Run cross-functional experiments, including working with marketing, outbound sales, and other teams to drive strong sales traction
- Sales Enablement & Collateral (Hands-On): Become deeply familiar with our AI cameras and use cases. Personally create and iterate on: Sales decks and narratives, Case studies and ROI materials, Playbooks by vertical or customer type. Support and potentially lead internal sales trainings
- Revenue Operations & Analytics: Support and help lead our HubSpot revamp. Own CRM architecture, hygiene, dashboards, and reporting. Build reporting used for: Weekly pipeline reviews, Founder and leadership updates, Identifying long-term GTM improvements
- Hiring & Org Design: Support help define roles and hiring plans for sales and GTM functions. Support interviewing and onboarding. Contribute to evolving GTM org structure as the company scales
- Customer & Partner Exposure: Join customer calls, partner meetings, and internal GTM discussions. Build firsthand understanding of how deals are won and lost. Potential to expand and work on experimental sales channels
Requirements
Experience in a startup or other high-paced and ambiguous environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Strong operational and execution mindset, strong bias to action
Ability to design structure and process without over-bureaucratizing
Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites in the US and potentially internationally for specific projects
Technical background / degree / experience or willingness to dig deeper into camera technology
Qualifications
Nice to have:
- Experience in technical domains (engineering, hardware, AI, manufacturing, automation)
- Experience working and interfacing across multiple countries
- Exposure to building revenue operations infrastructure from scratch
