AI Copilot Support Specialist

What's the Job?

Support and maintain existing Custom GPTs, AI agents, and chatbot solutions used across the organization.

Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent functionality and user satisfaction.

Assist with minor configuration updates and enhancements to AI solutions.

Serve as the first point of contact for AI-related questions and provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to gather user feedback and improve AI experiences.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of professional experience in technology support, digital workplace technologies, or related fields.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or AI chatbots.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to create clear, organized documentation and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range: 55/hr
