The Opportunity

As our AI Enablement Specialist, you will operate at the center of our AI strategy—working directly with the CEO, departmental managers, front-line users, customers, sales teams, and delivery teams. This is a hands-on, high-expectation role designed for someone who wants to aggressively build a career in AI by doing real work in real environments. It is ideal for an ambitious individual ready to put in the effort required to master fast-emerging technology and lead from the front.

What You'll Do

  • Accelerate Internal AI Adoption:
    • Build on existing Copilot adoption by identifying higher-impact use cases across teams.
    • Re-design workflows, systems, and processes to work better with AI.
    • Help teams move from basic usage to disciplined, high-value adoption.
  • Client-Facing AI Leadership:
    • Support sales efforts through Copilot demos and technical discussions.
    • Help prospects and customers understand practical, outcome-driven AI use cases.
    • Translate business challenges into requirements and AI-enabled solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform.
  • Solution Development & Enablement:
    • Design and help build custom Copilot agents and AI-assisted workflows.
    • Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
    • Stay continuously current with Microsoft’s evolving AI roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Impact:
    • Work across sales, delivery, and operations to embed AI into daily work.
    • Document best practices and lessons learned.
    • Provide feedback to leadership on AI performance and opportunities.

Who This Role Is For

  • 2–5 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or consulting role working with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Copilot.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort delivering training and working with senior leaders and customers.
