About the role
The role involves defining criteria for new AI tools to be onboarded into the AI Garage Lab, supporting community managers in building and maintaining networks of AI champions and users, and executing AI@Work program activities.
Responsibilities
- Define criteria for selecting new AI tools to onboard into the AI Garage Lab
- Support Community Managers in building and maintaining networks of AI champions and users
- Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions including content preparation, demos, and Q&A
- Maintain AI@Work knowledge hub with session replays, guides, and FAQs
- Manage AI tool usage data sets including collection, cleaning, and weekly refresh
- Track adoption and engagement metrics and support reporting for leadership
- Coordinate with IT, Security, and Admin teams on licensing, access, and issue resolution
- Support development of AI enablement playbooks and repeatable learning assets
- Guide advanced users to appropriate tools, environments, and governance guardrails
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in enablement, communications, program coordination, or related roles
- Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or Power Platform
- Experience supporting internal training sessions, communications, or events
- Basic understanding of AI tools, digital adoption, or change enablement concepts
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and workplace productivity

Pay or Salary Range
- $100,080 to $190,080 based on a full-time schedule
