AI Consultant II

Role Summary

An AI Consultant role focused on educating stakeholders, leading ideation, and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. The position requires strong communication skills, design-thinking facilitation, and technical proficiency to shape impactful initiatives in operations, customer experience, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define client requirements and objectives for AI projects.
• Design and develop AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate and present AI solutions and results to clients.
• Research and stay current on trends in AI and data science.
• Guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one-on-one engagements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: At least 3 years in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Cloud: Knowledge of AWS services and tools for machine learning.
• Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Domains: Background in NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or generative AI.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team; stakeholder management for front-end ideation.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• PREFERRED: AWS Certification.
