What You'll Do
- Meet directly with clients to understand business processes and challenges
- Design and build AI-powered applications, agents, and automations
- Integrate solutions with existing business systems and data sources
- Develop web applications, APIs, and workflow automations
- Deploy and support solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Help clients identify additional opportunities for AI and automation
Requirements
- Tech stack: Azure, Python, C# / .NET, FastAPI, SQL, AI Agents and LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI and Anthropic platforms, Power Platform, Modern web frameworks
- Consulting experience
- Healthcare experience
- AI or automation project experience
- Azure certifications
- Willingness to learn our methodology deeply and apply it with discipline
- Fluency with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Microsoft 365 Copilot at a deliberate-operator level within 90 days if not already proficient
Bonus Points
- PE-portfolio company exposure or experience working with operating partners
- Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or a comparable process-modeling discipline
- Prior experience with discovery- or assessment-driven sales motions
