Must have skills
- Direct experience in financial services or asset management — understanding of investment processes, client service, middle and back-office workflows is very beneficial to the applicant.
- Experience designing practical technology solutions in environments where security, data sensitivity, and responsible delivery matter.
- Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure AI services — and how they interconnect.
- Background in engineering, consulting, internal advisory, or embedded specialist roles where you had to earn credibility and deliver results without direct authority.
- Experience with ROI measurement and value tracking for technology implementations — building the case, defining the metrics, and following through on outcomes.
- Understanding of data governance, responsible AI principles, and the emerging regulatory landscape for AI.
- Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others in technology adoption — particularly non-technical users.
- Product management sensibility — ability to think in terms of MVPs, iteration, user feedback, and feature prioritization.
- Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $200,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through September 30, 2026.
