About the role
Sectra is looking for an experienced and technically driven AI Adoption Specialist to help healthcare organizations successfully adopt artificial intelligence solutions that improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. As part of Sectra's global Amplifier team, you will work directly with healthcare organizations and AI vendors to deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize AI solutions within clinical imaging environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI deployment projects from initial planning through implementation, validation, go-live, and operational handoff
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment, managing project activities, timelines, stakeholder communication, and customer expectations
- Validate deployment requirements and translate customer needs into actionable technical implementation plans
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate AI integrations within clinical imaging environments
- Work directly with customer technical teams and AI vendors to deploy and optimize AI solutions
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations, workflows, connectivity, performance, and application behavior
- Develop and refine deployment methodologies, implementation standards, templates, and best practices
- Mentor and support other AI Adoption Specialists through onboarding, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex customer environments, integrations, and adoption challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes across Amplifier Services
- Contribute to the development of deployment tooling, documentation, automation, and process improvements
- Build strong customer relationships through technical expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Travel as required, up to 25%
Requirements
- You have 5–9 years of experience in healthcare IT, software implementation, systems engineering, technical consulting, enterprise applications, customer-facing engineering, or a related technical field
- You have successfully led customer-facing implementation or deployment projects from planning through go-live
- You possess a strong technical foundation and can effectively navigate integrations, workflows, system architectures, and enterprise IT environments
- You have experience reading, writing, or troubleshooting scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
- You are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and working directly with customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders
- You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities and complex customer engagements
- You communicate effectively with executives, clinicians, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- You enjoy mentoring others and helping build scalable processes and best practices
- You are passionate about healthcare innovation and the practical application of AI technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with medical imaging environments, PACS, RIS, or enterprise imaging platforms
- Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, APIs, healthcare integrations, and clinical workflows
- Experience working with AI applications, machine learning solutions, or healthcare analytics platforms
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and SaaS environments
- Experience developing automation tools, deployment scripts, or technical tooling
- Additional language skills and experience supporting global customers

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000–$120,000, based on experience and qualifications
