Role: Agronomy Operations Assistant Manager Responsibilities Coordinate daily agronomy facility activities, including crop input handling, custom application support, logistics, and inventory management.Supervise and collaborate with operations staff to ensure efficient workflows.Promote a strong safety culture across all activities.Support equipment readiness and perform basic maintenance tasks.Work closely with sales and precision agriculture teams to deliver timely, accurate service.Ensure positive customer experiences in a team-based environment.
